Mindfulness Tips for Weight Watchers
No one likes to be reminded of their extra tires at any time of year, but especially when the great eating fests are coming up. It is really hard to be sensible when everyone around you is gorging on pies and cocktails and rich foods in excess. Those people probably had good resolutions too, a few weeks ago.
This infographic is a simplified but powerful reminder to be mindful when eating. Smaller plates I have found to be quite helpful because helpings look like so much more. Forbear seconds if you can.
