Took the quiz and yes I know I am in need of Mindfulness meditation - which is something I have started to practice recently.
I thought that all my symptoms were due to ADHD - but I see that stress is more of the culprit than anything else!
Could it be that most of ADHD people are just over stressed human beings...and all they need is actually Mindfulness Meditation instead of medication?
